“Rest, Relax and Renew” - A day of well-being
“Rest, Relax and Renew” - A day of well-being
Prepare for the build up of stress and madness that December often brings with this enjoyable, relaxing day out.
Give yourself time and space to relax, be with friends, get yourself in balance, be kind to your immune system and restore your energy. The day is open to everyone who wants to relax & is in reasonable health. It will include gentle stretching (asanas) & breathing (pranayama), simple chanting, meditation, deep relaxation and giving & receiving a wonderfully relaxing head massage. If you are unsure if it’s suitable for you, please call for a chat. This is always a popular day and as numbers are restricted early booking is recommended.
I’ve run this very popular day at the end of November for so many years I can’t remember. I’d planned to give it a miss this year, as I shall be away in New Zealand from beginning of December, however so as not to disappoint those of you who have already asked me, I’m offering a day on 20th November 2010, 10am – 4.30pm, at my home. Those of you who have been before will remember just how relaxing the day truly is. So if you would like a day of complete well-being which includes yoga, relaxation and massage, please book early to avoid disappointment as space is now restricted. .
£35 for the day. (Bring vegetarian lunch to share)

During 2011 - Dates to be announced
How efficient is your personal energy? How bright is your 'Vichara Experience'?
Many Foundation course students have asked how they can keep their practice alive and take their Journey further. This course is that Journey and now is the time to keep the flame burning.
Are you a yoga student who wants to continue your inquiry, refresh your discipline, take your practice deeper, expand your awareness and move forward with your daily practice? This Further Studies Programme is suitable for teachers (for whom the training content is likely to account for 20+ BWY CPD points), Foundation Course students or similar levels of experience and disciplines.

Andrew & I ran another inspiring and successful CTLB course which ended in June 2010 and which turned out to be quite eventful. It was also a first for us in that we did a whole days live video link-up with a dedicated student in Zimbabwe! It worked very well and was great to be able to hear African birds chirping in the background while we worked.
